Refund and cancellation

1. Strategy sessions

Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the session. Within 24 hours, a 50% fee may apply. A no-show is charged in full. The fee is credited in full against a project booked within 60 days.

2. Withdrawal for consumers (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a service contract within 14 days of the day it is formed, without giving a reason, under Government Decree 45/2014. Send a clear statement to support@hellen-design.com. If I haven't started work, I refund everything you paid. If at checkout you explicitly asked me to start work within the 14 days, and you withdraw, you pay for the work done up to then in proportion to the full price. Contracts for services I have fully performed with your prior express consent can no longer be withdrawn.

3. Project packages (all clients)

Payment schedule: 30% at checkout, 40% on design approval, 30% before launch.

• Before kick-off (after the 14 days, or for business clients): your deposit is refunded minus a 15,000 HUF administration and scheduling fee.
• After kick-off: the deposit is not refundable, because it covers discovery and design work. Approved milestones are not refundable. Work done since the last milestone is billed pro rata at 12,000 HUF per hour, up to the next milestone amount. Everything completed is handed over once paid.
• Revisions: the rounds in your package are included. Extra rounds are billed hourly.

4. Care plans

Cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and the current month is not refunded.

5. Support hours

Unused prepaid hours are refundable within 3 months of purchase. After that they stay valid until 12 months after purchase.

6. Audits and sessions

Audits and sessions are paid in full on order. If I haven't started, you can cancel for a full refund at least 24 hours before the start date. Once the audit has started, the fee is not refundable.

7. How refunds are paid

To the original payment method, within 14 days of the refund being agreed.

8. How to ask
