How a project works
Five steps, a date for each, and a payment schedule you can read before you start.
Typical total: 3 to 7 weeksTalk
1 DAYWe start with a 90-minute strategy session. You tell me about the business, who the site is for and what it should achieve. I tell you what I'd do and what it costs.
- YOU PROVIDE
- A rough idea of the goal, links to sites you like or dislike
- I DELIVER
- A written summary and a quote
Plan
3–5 DAYSWe fix the scope: pages, sitemap, languages, what's in and what's not. You pay the first 30% and I schedule your start.
- YOU PROVIDE
- Your decision and the deposit
- I DELIVER
- A sitemap, a fixed scope and a start date
Design
1–3 WEEKSI design the key pages in Figma. You see them early and react while they're easy to change. Each package includes its revision rounds. When you approve the design, the second 40% is due.
- YOU PROVIDE
- Texts, images, logo, feedback in one round per review
- I DELIVER
- Layouts for key pages, then the full design
Build
1–3 WEEKSI build the approved design as fast, static pages, in both languages if the package includes them. I test on real phones and browsers.
- YOU PROVIDE
- Final texts and domain access
- I DELIVER
- A working site on a private preview link
Launch & keep
1–3 DAYSThe last 30% is due, then I go live, check everything again and hand over the files. You stay with a care plan, or you leave with everything.
- YOU PROVIDE
- Final payment and sign-off
- I DELIVER
- The live site, all source and design files, domain access
What I need from you
- Your texts, or an add-on for copywriting
- Photos and images you have the right to use
- Your logo and brand colours, if you have them
- Access to your domain and current site
- One person who can say yes
If something arrives late, the date moves by the same amount, and I tell you the new date the same day.
How you pay
Project packages: 30% at checkout, 40% on design approval, 30% before launch.
Process questions
How long does a website take?
Business websites typically take three to four weeks, landing pages one to two. The dates assume you send texts and images on time. If they're late, the date moves, and I tell you by how much.
Who owns the website?
You do. After payment I hand over the source files, the design files and the domain access. There's no lock-in and no proprietary CMS.
What does the 30% deposit cover?
Discovery and design work. After work starts, it isn't refundable. Before kick-off you can cancel with a 15,000 HUF administration fee.
What if I need changes after launch?
Fixes for anything I got wrong are free for 30 days. After that, use support hours or a care plan.
