Pricing & payment
Are the prices final?
They are "from" prices for the scope shown. If your project is bigger, I tell you before you pay, and the extra is priced on this page.
Why HUF, and what are the euro amounts?
I invoice in forints. Euro amounts use a fixed rate of 400 HUF per euro, rounded, so international clients can compare. Your bank converts at its own rate.
Does the cart charge me real money?
No. Checkout runs in demo mode. Nothing is charged. Your order reaches me when you send the order email on the confirmation page, and I confirm it by email before anything is due.
What does the 30% deposit cover?
Discovery and design work. After work starts, it isn't refundable. Before kick-off you can cancel with a 15,000 HUF administration fee.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Enter your company name and tax number at checkout.
Is there a discount for bundles?
Not as a standing offer. If you're ordering several services, ask in the strategy session and I'll tell you what's possible.
Process
How long does a project take?
Landing pages one to three weeks, business websites three to seven, shops five to ten. The exact time is on each package.
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds on most packages, three on Premium, Rebuild and Shop Pro. Extra rounds are billed hourly at 12,000 HUF.
What if I don't have texts or images?
Add copywriting at 18,000 HUF a page. For images, I can suggest sources you can license. Photography isn't included.
Do we need to meet in person?
No. I work remotely, by video call, phone and email.
Ownership & hosting
What exactly do I get at the end?
The live site, the source files, the design files and the domain access. Once paid in full, they're yours.
Where is the site hosted?
Anywhere you like. Static sites run on very basic hosting, even plain FTP hosting. I can recommend an inexpensive provider and set it up with you.
Can another developer take over later?
Yes. The files are standard and yours. Nothing ties the site to me.
Can I use my own images and logo?
Yes, as long as you have the right to use them. Tell me where they come from if you're unsure.
Languages
Which languages can the site be in?
Hungarian, English, or both. Business is in one language, Premium in both. A second language elsewhere is an add-on at 90,000 HUF.
Do you translate my texts?
I write the second language natively with you, not by machine. It's the 90,000 HUF add-on and covers the pages in your package.
Can I add German or another language?
Not as a standard service. Tell me what you need and I'll say whether I can help.
Care
Do I need a care plan?
No. It's optional. Without one, you can buy support hours when you need them.
What's the difference between Basic and Plus?
Plus adds 4 hours of support instead of 1, a monthly report and priority replies.
Can I cancel a care plan?
Any time. It ends at the end of the current billing month.
