Do you take over sites you didn't build?
Often yes. I look at the site first and tell you what's involved before you subscribe. Static sites are the easiest. Some platforms I won't take on, and I'll say so.
How do I cancel?
Send a message. The plan ends at the end of the current billing month. The current month isn't refunded.
What counts as a support hour?
Time spent on your requests: text edits, small layout changes, advice, fixing a problem. I tell you how long something will take before I start.
What happens if the site goes down?
Monitoring alerts me and I act during office hours. If the cause is the host, I contact them with you.
Can I buy a few hours without a plan?
Yes. Support hours are 12,000 HUF each, from 1 to 20, valid for 12 months.
