Which platform do you use?
A hosted shop platform that fits your catalogue and market. I recommend one in the plan and explain the monthly fees before you commit.
Why not custom shop software?
It costs far more and needs a developer for every change. A hosted platform you can run yourself is usually the better business decision at this size.
Can you load my products for me?
Yes, up to 50 or 500, depending on the package. You send a spreadsheet or the existing shop export.
What about invoices and VAT?
I set up VAT rules on the platform. Invoicing depends on your accountant and the invoicing tool you use. I'll tell you what the platform supports.
Do I pay a deposit?
30% when you order, 40% when you approve the design, 30% before launch. The cart shows what's due today.
